By accessing or using Teajr Platform, LLC ("Teajr," "we," "our") services, website (teajr.com), and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Teajr Platform provides a technology platform for athletes, creators, and businesses to build and manage their digital presence, including but not limited to:

• Custom mobile app experiences
• Booking and scheduling services
• Digital content management
• Messaging and notifications (including SMS)
• E-commerce and digital product sales
• Community and engagement tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Teajr Platform, LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payments and Fees

Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information directly.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Teajr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Teajr Platform, LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
